BluTV's current user data indicates that the majority of our users are in the 18-24 age range. Therefore, the age range of the potential user target audience was determined as 18-24.

Conclusion
The research surfaced actionable insights into the behaviors and unmet needs of casual visitors, revealing key opportunities around content discoverability, SEO optimization, and guest experience on mobile and smart TV platforms. Based on these findings, a roadmap was outlined to redesign the guest interface and optimize user flows to support higher conversion rates.
Although the implementation phase did not proceed due to my transition from the company, the research provided a validated strategic foundation for future growth and conversion-focused design iterations.
